Natural Lamu has a strong fit with hotel shops, safari lodges, coastal resorts,
spas, and destination retail. Products such as mosquito repellent, bite relief, natural sunscreens,
hand butters, lip balms, oils, soaps, and travel-friendly skincare can become
practical, premium “Safari Essentials” for visitors and residents.
🏥 Pharmacies & herbal wellness channels
Several products are formulated around herbalist-inspired solutions for specific needs
such as acne, eczema, dry skin, muscle relief, relaxation, scalp care, and skin repair.
This creates opportunities in pharmacies, wellness shops, herbalist-oriented
retailers, and natural health channels.
🕌 Arabian-inspired fragrance collections
We are launching a dedicated line of Arabian-inspired perfumed body butters,
and fragrance rituals designed for Muslim, Somali, Arab, and Swahili coastal consumers.
We believe this can have strong potential in Nairobi, especially within the Somali
community, and across the coast, especially in Mombasa and the Swahili market.
🇺🇸 U.S. wholesale expansion
The U.S. is our main near-term international target. We are ready to approach boutique
retailers, natural beauty stores, gift shops, concept stores, and wholesale platforms
with selected products already tested in Kenya. Our manufacturing facilities and
the initial selected collections are registered in the FDA.
⭐ Personal brand partnerships
One of our most exciting international opportunities is to partner with a public figure, celebrity,
creator, or strong personal brand in the U.S. Natural Lamu can provide the proven formulas,
certified manufacturing, African origin story, and product know-how,
while the partner brings audience, positioning, packaging direction, and market visibility.
🤝 Focused private-label projects
We have already been engaged in the development of limited, high-quality private-label collections.
We are targeting to grow this area with selected partners such as foundations, hotels, conservation organizations,
wellness brands, or high-end retailers. These projects allow us to use our formulation and
manufacturing capacity while preserving the Natural Lamu brand’s premium positioning.
🧴 Product line upgrades
We continue improving existing categories such as scrubs, masks, body butters, fragrance collections,
oils, balms, and soaps. Having direct retail feedback, we can refine textures, scents,
formats, packaging, and customer experience with a high level of market understanding.
💄 Makeup and in-shop beauty experience
We launched a natural makeup and colour cosmetics range, starting with makeup balms,
foundations, and related products. This opens the door to a more experiential shop model,
where customers can test colours, textures, tones, and routines in-store.
